Tuition and Fees

It is understood that tuition does not cover the full cost of one year’s education. As a parochial school, Nativity BVM School is subsidized by the parish. The cost to educate each Nativity BVM student is $6036. Thus, all Nativity BVM students, in fact, receive a partial scholarship through the generosity of the Nativity BVM parishioners. Parishioners who attend Nativity BVM School are expected to directly contribute to the collections at every Sunday Mass and thus receive the greatest tuition subsidy through the parish. Catholic out-of-parish school families receive a lesser tuition subsidy, and tuition rates for non-Catholic school families reflect a lesser subsidy.

All school families (parishioners, out-of-parish families, and non-catholic school families) are expected to participate in school fund-raising events and volunteer opportunities as ways to further subsidize tuition.
